The goal of the sub-project Social Housing 2.0 is the optimized implementation of two important housing policy instruments of the city of Potsdam, which aim to preserve housing and the protection of the neighborhood residents of selected residential areas.
This applies to the statutes prohibiting misappropriation and also the statutes of social preservation.

The acquisition of a specialized application for the preservation of housing can optimize the processes in the implementation of the city statutes. But there are also advantages for the citizens of Potsdam, who will be able to report and apply for misappropriation of housing through an online form.
